Synopsis –
As the smell of sweetgrass and sage lingers in the air, and one sees the mystical setting with totem poles and symbols, one hears a distant drum and the song of a Native American. From the ages past comes Chief Blackhawk who beckons Chief Seattle, Cochise, Kicking Bird, Crazy Horse and Tecumseh. When they join the circle, Blackhawk tells us the story of courage, spirit and integrity . . . the story of Wa Tho Huk which means Bright Path. We know him as Jim Thorpe.

We travel thru his life led by Blackhawk, thru his days at Carlisle, on the playing fields, in the 1912 Olympics and on a pier with his grandson.

Seasoned with Native song and dance, along with athletic moments on the playing fields, you and your family will run with his plays, cheer with his victories, share his anguish of losing the medals and partake of his spirit with his grandson.
