Who is eligible?
All students from 6th grade through high
school can enter including Home Schools
There are two groups and four categories
Middle school writing middle school art entries
High school writing and high school art entries

What do I have to do?
Read one or
more of the books from our 2002-2003 Season
Decide if you are going to do a writing project or an art project
Submit your entry to
Prime Stage, P.O. Box 1849, Pittsburgh, PA 15230
Attend the event on April 6, 2003 at the Hazlett Theatre
What can I write?
You can submit:
a 500-1000 word essay
a poem
a short story
What kind of art project can I create?
You can submit:
a painting
a multi-media collage
Photography
sculpture
What will happen to my
entries?
All entries will be judged by educators,
artists and volunteers from State Farm
All entries will be exhibited at Prime Stage during the production of BRIDGE TO
TERABITHIA
Following the show, the entries will be displayed in the local communities
What are the prizes?
The finalists will receive:
Copies of BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA autographed by Katherine
Patterson
Family tickets to Prime Stage's 2003-2004 season
Classes for art classes and writing classes from local
organizations
Gift Certificates from Borders Books & Music
Special recognition from State Farm, the Carnegie Library and
Prime Stage at the event
